Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused and with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Final sale items.
Return Process

- Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
- Pack the item securely, including the RAN, and ship it to ORENTHIX, 123 Commerce Lane, Suite 400, Business City, BC 12345.
- Once we receive your return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
Currently, ORENTHIX does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receipt. We will arrange for the item to be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.
