Return Process

  2. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
  3. Pack the item securely, including the RAN, and ship it to ORENTHIX, 123 Commerce Lane, Suite 400, Business City, BC 12345.
  4. Once we receive your return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

Currently, ORENTHIX does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receipt. We will arrange for the item to be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.
